Every brief deserves reshaping.
"Just build it" isn't a brief; it's a hope. We earn the engagement by shaping it before we build it. The brief that walks in and the product that ships are rarely the same brief.
Fixed scope makes the work worse, not safer.
The engagement has to flex with what the work actually needs. Locked scope makes you ship the original idea, not the right one.
The senior people in the pitch are the senior people on the work.
No middle layer. No bait and switch. The team you meet is the team you get. We don't sell one team and deliver another.

We work as one team across disciplines, from day one. Strategy isn't a phase that ends. Design isn't a deliverable that gets handed off. Engineering isn't where work goes once everyone else is done.
We push back on briefs before we build. We disagree before we agree. We earn the engagement by shaping it.
We stay involved through ship and after. The version that launches isn't the version that matters; the version after launch is.
We take ownership of the product, not just the deliverables. Bring us a problem and we'll reshape it into the right product, then build and ship it as if our name were on the listing.
What we won't do.
We don't compete on price, or position as low-cost offshore.
We don't sell staff augmentation dressed up as partnership.
We don't run discovery phases that don't discover.
We don't use cookie-cutter playbooks regardless of what the work needs.
We don't sell hours dressed up as outcomes.
We don't take "just build it" briefs without shaping them first.
